This handbook outlines your responsibilities, expectations, and our onboarding fit checks at 30 and 90 days.

Coach Responsibilities & Expectations
Session Delivery
- Arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before class to prepare.
- Lead high-energy, technically sound group sessions.
- Maintain control and safety across all stations.
- Provide clear coaching cues and demo exercises with modifications.
Member Engagement
- Learn and use member names regularly.
- Greet each person with energy and intention.
- Offer personalized feedback and encouragement.
- Follow up with absent or disengaged members.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep gym clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Sanitize stations and check equipment for wear or damage.
- Report hazards and assist with deep cleaning duties.
Team Culture
- Be on time and ready to lead.
- Accept and apply feedback professionally.
- Participate in meetings, events, and challenges.

COACH'S SESSION CHECKLIST
Use before every group session to maintain Results Fitness standards and deliver an elite experience.
Training Floor & Equipment
- Ensure all stations are set up per the program
- Verify all equipment is clean, organized, and safely placed
- Check for damaged or worn gear and remove if needed
- Wipe down benches, mats, and shared surfaces
- Confirm whiteboard or program display is clear and accurate
Technology & Media
- All TVs turned on and working correctly
- Music playlist ready and volume appropriate
- Member board screen is on and up to date
- Coaching tech tools (tablet, timer, charger) are functional
Facility Sanitation
- Bathrooms cleaned (floors, toilets, mirrors, sinks)
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and air freshener
- Ensure trash bins are emptied or below half full
- Wipe containers refilled and placed in key areas
- Disinfect high-touch points (doors, handles, switches)
Member & Trial Prep
- Review schedule and identify new trials
- Prepare welcome forms or waivers for new trials
- Greet trials by name and introduce to the group
- Review notes on member injuries, modifications, or wins
- Be ready to explain the format and provide support
Coach Readiness
- Review session layout, timing, and flow
- Have water, clipboard, timer, and cue cards ready
- Run through demo movements and coaching cues
- Check in with yourself: energy, mindset, focus
- Review CRM or manager notes for special updates
After Session Wrap-Up
- Reset all equipment and sanitize the area
- Log any new trial info and enter data into CRM
